• The page URL, active organization and workspace name.
• The exact steps and expected result.
• The approximate time and a screenshot with personal data removed.
• The visible error or request ID, when available.

External approvals

Meta, messaging-provider and billing approvals are owner-controlled. Support instructions never imply that an external service is connected or approved.
